During a recent interview with Bridgitte Anderson of Edelman and Stuart McNish of Conversations that Matter, Anderson states “there is a huge opportunity for organizations and leaders to step up to address why people are feeling so distrusting and how they and rebuild that trust?” According to the 2017 Edelman Trust Barameter report, trust in Canada is on the decline, especially within business, NGO’s and government.
